Arranging certificates and assessments

1819 Estates will arrange the gas safety certificate, electrical safety certificate, FRA and EPC.

Regular Inspections

1819 Estates will carry out monthly inspections at your property to ensure that your property remains at a high standard.

 

Inventory

A photographic inventory will be produced when we take on the property. This will be carried out by our trained staff and is completed free of charge.

 

Free Repairs

We have a large team of trained and qualified in-house maintenance operatives that deal with all repairs and refurbishments. We complete minor repairs free of charge for landlords as part of our management service at no cost to the landlord.

 

Returning Your Property

When 1819 Estates returns your property the internal condition is guaranteed, subject to fair wear and tear.

 

Legal Costs

1819 Estates will take care of legal expenses, eviction costs including arrears. We offer peace of mind for the landlord – they don’t have to go through lengthy eviction processes.

 

Prompt Rental Payments

1819 Estates will pay your rent on the same day every month via an automated BACS payment system direct into your nominated bank account.
